In this role, you will…
- Own day-to-day management of a commercial lines book, serving as the primary client contact
- Lead renewals, billing coordination, and ongoing service requests across multiple accounts
- Anticipate client needs and proactively guide coverage decisions and policy adjustments
- Maintain and optimize account data within EPIC and related systems
- Manage high-volume client communication with urgency and accuracy
- Support and guide junior team members or assigned support staff
- Contribute to operational scalability as the firm prepares to double in size
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of small-business experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (ENC required)
- Hands-on experience with EPIC (Applied Systems)
- Proven ability to manage a book of business independently
- Strong client-facing experience handling renewals, billing, and service
