Glenvar Middle School is seeking an energetic, organized, and student-focused Head Softball Coach to lead and develop our middle school softball program. - Plan and conduct organized, engaging, and age-appropriate practices
- Teach softball fundamentals, game strategies, and skill development
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and travel
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and athletic staff
- Maintain equipment and ensure player safety at all times
- Follow all school district, VHSL/middle school league, and Glenvar Middle School policies
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes
