- Teach fundamentals, skill development, and basic game strategies

- Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team travel
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and athletic staff
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety at all times
- Adhere to all school district, middle school league, and Glenvar Middle School policies
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes
