Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology skills
- Demonstrates aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree (preferred)
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

- Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, checks appointments and directs or escorts them to the proper person.
- Answers office telephone and responds appropriately to requests for information.
- Reports immediately the presence of any visitor who bypasses the reception desk or any suspicious activity or unusual behavior by the visitor.
- Performs such other office duties as may be assigned.
