Roadside Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Roadside Assistant to provide on-the-spot support for stranded or disabled vehicles. This role involves assisting drivers with vehicle issues, performing basic repairs, and ensuring safety on the roadside. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, experience with hand and power tools, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical skills and quick problem-solving are essential.

Duties

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and arrive at designated locations efficiently
• Assess vehicle issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs such as tire changes, jump-starts, or minor mechanical fixes
• Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on-site and during repairs
• Document services provided and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repair or maintenance preferred
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks confidently
• Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in roadside assistance or automotive repair is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $600.00 - $1,041.49 per week
