Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
- Support recruiting for LTL transportation roles, including Sales, Operations, and Corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, performance expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain pipelines for Sales and LTL-related talent, including account executives, sales leadership, and operational support roles.
- Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.
- Manage requisitions and candidate workflows in Workday Recruiting.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data integrity within the ATS.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring volume.
- Deliver a professional, consistent, and timely experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide selection decisions.
- Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and effective interview techniques.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Experience recruiting for LTL transportation roles and Sales positions.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Downers Grove, IL.
- Experience recruiting within transportation, logistics, or LTL environments.
- Experience hiring Sales roles, including quota-carrying and revenue-generating positions.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Experience supporting multi-state or high-growth organizations.
