Comfort Advisor (Residential HVAC Sales)
Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
Up to $5,000 Signing Bonus (Based on Experience)

As a Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners who are already looking for solutions. You'll evaluate their current HVAC system, educate them on their options, recommend the best comfort solution for their home, present financing, and close the sale. Once the sale is complete, our experienced installation team takes over, allowing you to focus on helping customers and maximizing your earning potential.

What You'll Actually Do
Every day you will:
Consult
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled replacement appointments.
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and understand each customer's comfort goals.
- Design customized heating and cooling solutions.
- Explain equipment options, warranties, financing, rebates, and energy-saving benefits.
Sell
- Build trust through an honest, customer-first sales process.
- Present solutions that fit each homeowner's needs and budget.
- Close residential HVAC replacement sales.
- Coordinate with our installation department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Serve
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Collect deposits and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Generate referrals through outstanding customer service.

What We Require
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience required.
- Previous residential HVAC replacement sales experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use tablets, CRM software, financing platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Criminal background check and drug screening.
