Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional installations of residential heating and air conditioning systems in full compliance with codes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure every job is completed with a clean, polished finish that exceeds customer expectations.
- Lead and mentor installation team members to uphold high standards and meet project deadlines.
- Prioritize job-site safety and best practices on every assignment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional evenings or weekends may be required) Shop Location: Castroville, TX
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
- Thorough understanding of residential HVAC codes and proper installation methods
- Strong working knowledge of tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with low-voltage HVAC controls and systems
