Duties
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment in residential properties following schematics and HVAC design plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or field service roles related to HVAC installation or maintenance.
- Service technician experience with HVAC systems, appliance repair, property maintenance or similar fields is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles.
- Familiarity with refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), boiler operation, and welding techniques.
- Ability to perform equipment repair tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, mechanical components, and maintenance procedures.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.75 per hour
