Job Overview:
We are a local manufacturer of ATA Road Cases (Travel Cases) that are used in the transport of musical instruments, audio visual equipment, LED screens and other sensitive items.
We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative who is able to handle technical tasks such as:
- Interpreting technical drawings
- Adding and subtracting fractions
- Reading a tape measure
- Accurately measuring an items width, depth and height.
- Learn how to design cases using formulas and pre-set specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and sometimes in person.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Be willing to help customers in any way possible.
- Creating estimates for customers from their desired specifications.
- Designing cases and making cut sheets for production.
- Creating work orders.
- Following up with customers to make sure their needs have been met.
- Developing and maintaining business to business relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Mathematically inclined.
- No issues with attendance/lateness.
- A "can do it" attitude.
