We are currently seeking a full-time Territory Manager to join our team.

Primary Job Duties*:
- Sales Excellence: Market and sell new and used equipment solutions, nurturing long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, profitability, and market share. Collaborate cross-functionally with our expert teams to deliver a superior customer experience
- Customer Engagement: Optimize current accounts, pursue new business aggressively, and utilize systems to conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges
- Professional Representation: Maintain a professional image, conduct field demonstrations, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions

Candidate Must Haves:
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision, capable of setting priorities and acting on them
- Able to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in territory management and sales
- Construction or equipment industry experience is a plus
- Able to travel in and out of territory as needed for training or events
- Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
