What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor shop technicians, helping them grow and succeed
- Troubleshoot and assist with complex repairs (engine, hydraulic, electrical)
- Ensure efficient workflow and maintain at least 80% billable time
- Manage work orders, quotes, and warranty claims accurately and on time
- Ensure the shop stays organized and safe
- Communicate with customers to provide clear updates and excellent service
- Step in as a technician when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years as a heavy equipment technician (dealership or rental experience preferred)
- Leadership: Proven ability to coach and manage a team
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Own hand tools and toolbox
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to communicate and understand English
