We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This role is onsite in our service and repair facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in a non-traditional office setting where the sounds and activities of the shop are part of the daily routine

Primary Job Duties*:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- Answer and route phone calls to the right department and/or team member
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk and waiting area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist other departments with tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:
Candidate Must Haves:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Dependable and reliable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others in a positive manner
- Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
