We are hiring CDL A Drivers for Midwest regional dry van routes offering weekly home time, no-touch freight, paid training, and consistent out-and-back runs.

Drivers operate primarily throughout Michigan, Illinois, and other Midwest markets while hauling dry van freight. This position is designed for drivers seeking predictable schedules, reliable miles, and the opportunity to earn competitive mileage pay while enjoying weekly home time.

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer hauling dry van freight.

• Transport freight throughout Michigan, Illinois, and other Midwest locations.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

• Accurately complete required paperwork and transportation documentation.

• Maintain electronic logs and trip records.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.

• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.

• Report equipment and maintenance concerns promptly.

• Valid Class A CDL License

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred

• Drivers with 6 months of recent Class A experience may be considered

• No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions within the past 7 years

• No more than 1 non-serious moving violation within the last 12 months

• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years

• No more than 1 non-serious preventable accident within the last 12 months

• No more than 2 accidents within the last 2 years

• SAP drivers may be considered if the program has been successfully completed and driving privileges have been fully reinstated

• Ability to pass DOT employment, drug screening, and background requirements

Plan A

• $0.50 CPM Outbound Miles

• $0.70 CPM Backhaul Miles

Plan B

• $0.55 CPM Outbound Miles

• $0.77 CPM Backhaul Miles

Schedule

• Home Weekly

• Depart Sunday Evening or Monday
