Job Description:
- Full-time OTR Flatbed Driver
- Based out of Phoenix, AZ
- Typical schedule: 14–18 days out
- Trucks dispatched and returned to Phoenix yard
- 2–3 day paid orientation in Phoenix before hitting the road
Equipment:
- Volvo 860 sleeper trucks
- Equipped with mattress, APU, and refrigerator
- Governed at 70–72 MPH
- Forward-facing cameras only
- Auto shutoff after 15 minutes of idling (varies by truck)
Additional Info:
- 34-hour reset required while OTR
Duties
Freight:
- Some loads preloaded at yard
- Drivers responsible for securing & tarping when required
- 99% no-touch freight (customers unload)
- Trucks based out of Phoenix, AZ (returned after each run)
- Orientation & training required before dispatch
Additional Pay:
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses:
- Level 1: $150
- Level 2: $200
- Level 3: $300
- Layover Pay: $250/day (after 24 hours)
- Tarp Pay: $50 (when required)
- Extra Stop Pay: $50
