The Job
- Operate light and heavy-duty trucks on recoveries, winch-outs, and load shifts
- Handle commercial vehicle accidents and oversized equipment transport
- Support police-directed towing and municipal incident response contracts
- Work accident scenes safely, fast, and by the book
- Load and secure every vehicle to prevent damage in transit
- Stay in close contact with dispatch and keep accurate job records
- Keep your truck inspection-ready and follow all DOT and safety standards
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A valid DOT Medical Card (or the willingness to obtain one)
- TWIC Card and DCJS registration (or the willingness to get them)
- Tow, flatbed, or recovery experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfort with both manual and automatic transmissions
- A cool head under pressure and a commitment to safety
- Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Heavy-duty or CDL experience (a strong plus)
