The Job
- Run light, medium, and heavy-duty tows across Northern Virginia
- Handle flat-bed and wheel-lift operations and roadside assistance
- Respond to recoveries and emergency service calls
- Manage equipment hauling and secure vehicle storage intake
- Load and secure vehicles correctly, every time
- Stay coordinated with dispatch and keep clean job records
- Keep your truck inspection-ready and follow all safety standards
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A valid DOT Medical Card (or the willingness to obtain one)
- TWIC Card and DCJS registration (or the willingness to get them)
- Tow, flatbed, or heavy-duty experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfort with both manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- A range of towing skills (a real plus here)
