Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Parts Specialist to join its team in Centerville, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers as they source parts for their equipment and for all warehouse daily procedures, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, stocking shelves, picking orders, arranging shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Assist part manager and service sales orders.
- Enter customer orders.
- Assist both walk in and phone orders.
- Perform all office duties including sending and filing customer invoices.
- Maintain a safe, clean and office aera.
- Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase orders/invoice and resolve discrepancies and report them to parts manager.
- Put away product to inventory locations.
- Prepare, pull, and pack order for shipping
- Maintain a safe clean and organize warehouse
- Load will call and outgoing freight orders.
- Unload and receive product.
- Other duties requested by management.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 5-years experience with parts sales/service in automotive or heavy equipment.
- Minimum 1-year experience in warehouse operations
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must be punctual & dependable
- Be cheerful and professional to our customers
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be willing to take on new responsibilities and grow with this position
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently
