RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for Garage Door Dispatch / Office Assistant in Lady Lake, FL. With over 600 employees RoMac Building Supply is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls and emails
- Invoicing completed service work
- Creating Quotes and Estimates
- Following up on Quotes and Estimates
- Cash drawer closing procedures
- Scheduling Service calls, estimates and Warranty work
- Taking payments, applying payments to work orders
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or emails
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
- Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented
- Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
