Ro Health is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting. In this role, the BCBA will provide
comprehensive clinical oversight, direct support to behavioral providers, and collaborative
guidance to school personnel to promote positive student outcomes.
The BCBA will deliver regular supervision to behavioral staff, ensuring ethical and effective
implementation of behavioral interventions, while also offering general supervision to other
behavioral professionals and participating in meetings such as IEPs and team consultations.

Key Responsibilities
- RBT Supervision: Provide regular supervision to RBTs, ensuring they are implementing
- General Supervision: Provide general supervision to other behavioral professionals
- Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, clinical staff, and

- Documentation: Responsible for maintaining supervision and/or consultation notes to

- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred at least one year of experience in a supervisory role
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively train and mentor RBTs and other staff members.
- Strong willingness to travel with reliable transportation
- $55/hr
