We are seeking a skilled CNA or highly experienced caregiver to provide care for a 40-year-old male with a traumatic brain injury (TBI). This role is ideal for someone confident in hands-on, total care who values structure, consistency, and a supportive environment.
This is not a typical home care case, the home is built specifically for his needs, and you’ll be working alongside an engaged family and care team who are involved and supportive.
Available Schedules (must be able to commit to one set):
Consistent, set schedule with reliable hours
One-on-one care in a stable home environment
Strong support from family and healthcare team
Well-equipped home designed for safe, effective care
Opportunity to build routine and provide high-quality, focused care
Qualifications:
CNA certification or strong hands-on experience with high-acuity care
Experience With Hoyer Lifts And Total Care Required
Comfortable with bed-bound care and incontinence care
Reliable, attentive, and able to follow established care routines
Able to work collaboratively with family and care team
Responsibilities:
Provide full assistance with activities of daily living
Perform Hoyer transfers safely and confidently
Provide bed-bound care, including repositioning and skin integrity support
Manage incontinence care with dignity and attention to detail
Monitor client’s comfort, safety, and overall condition
Follow established care plan and communicate with care team as needed
