Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18 -$20 an hour

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will provide essential support to the warehouse management team by working alongside a dedicated group of individuals that value teamwork. The candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic that is prepared to work hard and look for ways to help and be a part of delivering solutions. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and timely
- Receiving stock and unloading pallets from carriers
- Hand picking sales orders, packaging shipments, creating shipping labels and bills of lading
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate pickups
- Operating stock management tools including but not limited to forklifts
- Perform cycle counting and keeping inventory records up to date
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily including restocking of locations
- Other miscellaneous warehouse duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience or logistics setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management software is a plus (NetSuite)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
