This position offers the ability to work remotely; however, employment is based in St. Louis, MO and will support RN Services locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media channels for four RN Services locations, ensuring consistent messaging, timely updates, and engaging content.
- Create and schedule posts that promote brand awareness, employee engagement, recruiting efforts, community involvement, and company culture.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, rack cards, flyers, handouts, and other branded collateral.
- Create unified presentations and marketing templates that support consistent branding across departments and locations.
- Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify content opportunities, highlight services, and support local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Ensure all materials reflect the RN Services brand, voice, mission, and professional standards.
- Prior experience in marketing, communications, social media management, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using social media platforms professionally, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar channels.
- Ability to create polished marketing materials and presentations using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe products, or similar design platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and location-specific needs.
- Creative mindset with the ability to maintain brand consistency while developing fresh, engaging content.
- Healthcare, home care, or recruitment marketing experience is a plus.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
