- Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
- Shift: Day Shift 5 x 8s 8am to 4:30pm M - F with occasional weekend shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hr

Description:
- Renders clinical psychosocial services to the patients and their families of all ages (neonate to geriatric).
- Assesses patient's psychosocial needs and makes referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies; and provides crisis intervention and bereavement counseling.
Requirements:
- Day Shift 5 x 8s 8am to 4:30pm M - F with occasional weekend shift.
- Must have BLS.
- CPI can be provided on site after hire, if needed. 1year of experience at least.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Required
- Master's Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required
- Three years' experience in a social agency, hospital, or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Preferred
Department Specific License/Certifications:
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM): Required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,450.00 - $2,580.00 per week
