- Core Responsibilities:
Leads daily system operations, troubleshooting, and optimization of scheduling workflows; collaborates with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to maintain scheduling accuracy and stability during system transitions.Participates in system design, testing, and optimization, supporting change management and training initiatives to align staff with updated scheduling processes and tools.Requires 1–2 years of healthcare scheduling experience (Clairvia or UKG preferred); strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools; Epic/EHR experience a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required; RN license preferred. Standard business hours (Mon–Fri, Pacific Time); remote or hybrid work options available; reports to Functional Lead, Scheduling (UKG).
