Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple small to mid-size construction projects (up to $1M each).
- Serve as primary point of contact for local, state, and government agency clients.
- Provide accurate estimating and pricing support during project initiation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and closeout.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Support RMT’s market expansion into Northern Virginia and Tidewater.
- 5 years of project management experience in commercial or public-sector construction.
- Strong construction estimating skills preferred.
- Proven track record managing multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) or task order-based work a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
