  • Resolve disputes with subs, vendors, or clients to maintain workflow
  • Assist in contingency planning and scheduling to meet deadlines
  • Keep the Project Manager informed on status updates related to safety, quality, risk, and team support
  • Collaborate with the PM on construction budgets, productivity tracking, and scheduling
  • Contribute to monthly forecasting and reporting
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
  • Track and mitigate recurring field execution issues

The Experience We’re Looking For

  • 10 years managing field construction for utility-scale generation projects, including high-voltage infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional site teams and subcontractors
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience in presenting to stakeholders

  • Skilled in construction scheduling, forecasting, and productivity tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools
  • Experience coordinating with project management, engineering, and field operations
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC practices, risk mitigation, and compliance

Additional Requirements

Bonus Points For

  • PMP certification or other project management credentials
