Primary Duties & Responsibilities
MSP Coordination & Support
- Serve as the primary liaison between RMH Systems employees and the MSP.
- Escalate, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide hands-on support for local hardware, peripherals, and system setups as needed.
- Set up and configure devices, accounts, and access for new employees.
- Deliver essential technology training during onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
- Maintain and update onboarding checklists and documentation.
- Create and maintain FAQs, quick reference guides, and process documentation for employees.
- Standardize IT procedures to promote consistency across offices and departments.
- Regularly review and update support materials to reflect new systems or changes.
- Assist employees with common system access, account management, and application issues.
- Partner with business units to understand recurring challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and track equipment assignments.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, phones, and other essential hardware.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and improvements under the direction of the Director of Information Technology.
- Generate IT reports and metrics for performance tracking and planning.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of technology support or systems administration experience required.
- Prior experience working with or coordinating an MSP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, computer systems, networks, and productivity applications.
- Ability to configure and support user devices, accounts, and common business software.
- Familiarity with IT asset management and security best practices.
- Ability to travel to RMH Systems offices as needed (less than 25%).
- Pay is based on experience. $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
