- Teach, mentor, and support developing agents as they grow their skills and confidence
- Use RMG’s training systems and curriculum to guide agents through best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen agent development and client experience
- Provide thoughtful feedback and insight that supports both agent growth and brokerage standards

Qualifications
- 3 years of real estate sales experience in Alaska
- Strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and client service
- Passion for coaching, training, and agent development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and explain data for agents and clients
- Previous coaching or training experience is a plus
