The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Agent Services Coordinator to support the daily experience, success, and operational needs of our agents and Anchorage office leadership.

This role serves as a front-line support resource for agents throughout their journey with RMG — from onboarding and launch support to ongoing operational guidance, systems support, and agent success coordination.

You will help create an environment where agents feel supported, equipped, and connected while serving as a key operational support partner to the Anchorage Team Leader. This role helps maintain consistency, responsiveness, and operational excellence across the organization while supporting the growth and effectiveness of our agents and offices.

* What You’ll Be Responsible For *

Agent Support & Services

  • Serve as a first point of contact for agent operational questions and support needs
  • Assist agents with day-to-day office and system support
  • Troubleshoot basic operational and technology-related issues
  • Support office hospitality, organization, and overall agent experience

Agent Onboarding & Launch

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new agents
  • Supply marketing materials to agents
  • Help ensure agents are properly incorporated into RMG systems and platforms

Leadership & Office Support

  • Support the Team Leader with daily, monthly, and quarterly operational priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, classes, trainings, and team events
  • Assist with event logistics, setup, communication, marketing, and experience
  • Help maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming office environment
  • Monitor supplies and proactively identify operational needs

Operational Coordination

  • Follow established systems and processes with consistency and accuracy
  • Track projects, tasks, and follow-through items effectively
  • Help improve efficiency by identifying gaps and creating solutions proactively
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with agents, staff, vendors, and leadership

Qualifications

  • 2 years administrative, operations, coordination, or support experience preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite required
  • Canva experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
