The primary role of the Office Administrator is to support the company operations. This is a great opportunity for a well-organized and service-oriented professional who will play a critical, administrative role in our daily office operations. He or she will be a very conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented individual that has experience in an administrative role. You will be personable, deadline-oriented and be able to successfully coordinate various types of information from all kinds of sources in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities:

•       Perform accurate data entry for job records and project documentation

•       Maintain and organize project files (digital and paper)

•       Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks

•       Enter and track purchase orders and time sheets

•       Answer phones and handle general office coordination

•       General office/kitchen maintenance/supplies

Qualifications:

•       Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

•       Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems

•       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•       Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a construction environment

•       5 years previous administrative or data entry experience required (construction industry experience a plus)
