As we continue to expand across the country, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager or Director of Operations (title depending on experience) to help lead the charge at our Lake Tahoe location.
🚀 Your Mission:
You’ll be the heartbeat of our local operations—leading, planning, and executing luxury group events, incentive programs, and client activations. You’ll be a trusted partner to the Regional General Manager and work cross-functionally with your sales counterpart to deliver best-in-class programs that delight and dazzle.
This is more than logistics—this is craftsmanship, hospitality, creativity, and strategy all rolled into one exciting, fast-paced role.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take the handoff from sales and lead the charge on program planning and execution
- Guide your team to deliver elevated, unforgettable client experiences
- Own the details—budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and perfection
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with hotel partners, vendors, and clients
- Elevate every site inspection, every touchpoint, and every event detail
- Partner with sales to represent RMC at client engagements and industry events
- Champion innovation, collaboration, and service excellence on every program
👤 Who You Are:
- Based in Lake Tahoe, with deep knowledge of the destination
- 3 years in luxury events, hospitality operations, or DMC experience
- A confident events professional who thrives under pressure and inspires others to perform
- Operationally brilliant—organized, budget-savvy, and detail-obsessed
- Relationship-driven, emotionally intelligent, and poised in client-facing moments
- Tech-friendly (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.) and a fast learner
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed and traveling occasionally
