Key Responsibilities

• Glass & Accessory: Handle auto glass installations and basic mechanical/maintenance tasks related to collision teardown and reassembly. Bring customer vehicles to next level cool with accessory add-ons.
• Collision Repair: Perform high-quality body repairs, dent removal, and panel replacements with precision.
• Welding & Fabrication: Utilize welding and sheet metal techniques to restore vehicle structural integrity.
• Refinishing & Paint: Use professional spray equipment to deliver flawless, factory-quality finishes.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with accurate repair estimations and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: Proven track record in a dealership or independent auto body shop, we are willing to train too!
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with power/hand tools. Experience in welding, body fillers, airless paint spraying preferred but not required.
• Eye for Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, color matching, and structural perfection.
• Drive: A strong work ethic, physical stamina for the demands of the shop, and a great attitude.
