Purpose of role
This is an office position responsible for administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS database
· Process new hire, employee change, and termination documentation
· Ensure personnel files are organized and compliant with company and legal requirements
· Maintain up to date job descriptions for all roles within the organization
· Support open enrollment activities and benefits communications
· Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information
· Provide administrative support for employee engagement programs
· Assist with self-audits including employee file audits, I-9 audits and annual 401K and payroll audits
· Other administrative and human resources duties as assigned
