We are currently seeking an outgoing and engaging Marketing Associate to join our team. This can be a Part-Time or Full-Time position.
You must have a passion for helping people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
- Calling current customers to gauge stock levels and interest in placing orders.
- Following up with new and current customers on pricing requests via phone and email.
- Developing pricing proposals for new and current customers.
- Answering potential customers' questions about our products.
- Documenting all customer information and communications in CRM system.
- Communicating respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Self-starter who is results-driven and has a persistent attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Most of all, the motivation to succeed and be the best at what you do.
Additional requirements for this role include:
- Quick learner.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through.
- Strong organizational skills with high ability to multi-task.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work.
- Prior office experience and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
- This is an in-office position.
