Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the work order process.
- Ensure vendor contract compliance and cost adherence.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to uphold standards.
- Effectively plan and execute maintenance and repair programs.
- Address client requests promptly via portal or emails.
- Negotiate with and evaluate specialized vendors for services.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Train coordinators in vendor management to control costs and maintain service quality.
- Utilize RKB and client portal systems for efficient work order management.
- Prepare and submit proposals for client-quoted work.
- Analyze and generate reports to monitor and follow up on work order status.
- Be prepared to travel as required for the job.
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management within commercial high-rise, campus environments, or property portfolios.
- Direct experience of 5 years with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipment.
- Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with critical system environments is advantageous.
- Proficient in cost-saving program development and implementation.
- Proficient in CMMS/Work Order Management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- This role is remote with physical demands typical of office work.
- Some travel is required.
- Must maintain a quiet work environment with business casual attire required for video calls.
