Responsibilities
- Receive and review facility maintenance work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency and client needs, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors for task assignment and progress tracking.
- Utilize facility management software to manage work orders, track costs, and generate maintenance reports.
- Communicate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to update on work order status and maintenance scheduling.
- Work with procurement to source maintenance supplies and services.
- Train and guide maintenance technicians on work order management, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.
- High school diploma required; further education in facility management or related field preferred.
- 3 Years experience in facility maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, capable of managing documents and spreadsheets.
- This remote role includes typical office physical demands.
- Some travel and after-hours work may be required.
- Business casual attire is necessary for video calls.
