Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and assist associates with assigned tasks.
- Verify quantities, descriptions, and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with inventory accuracy, organization, and identification of valves and related materials.
- Support order picking, staging, loading, and internal transfers.
- Train associates on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and system use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and operational concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Two or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
- General knowledge of valves and related materials preferred.
- Previous leadership or training experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment and use material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
