Role Description
The Freelance Publicist, VIP Fashion role at RK Communications is a part-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Publicist will manage day-to-day VIP relations including samples requests and gifting for a select group of accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to secure coverage on VIPs for major events including press tours, street style and red carpets
- Strong relationships with top talent and stylists from NY and Los Angeles
- Exceptionally independent and results driven
- Strong internal communication skills
- 2 years of experience working in VIP relations for emerging fashion brands is a must (internship-only experience will not be considered)
- Knowledge of LaunchMetrics, Muckrack, Cision, IMDb, etc. a must
