EVS Housekeeper
Duties include, but not limited to:
Clean, maintain and/or sterilize assigned areas of the facility by emptying wastebaskets, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and washing/mopping floors, walls, ceilings, windowsills, Venetian blinds, furniture and medical equipment with appropriate cleaning equipment, solutions and disinfectants. Bags soiled linen.
Clean mirrors and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs using appropriate cleaning equipment, solutions and disinfectants.
Damp dust all furniture in rooms including light fixtures, picture frames, medical equipment, garbage receptacles where applicable.
Terminally cleans discharged patients’ rooms, or after each procedure according to assigned area.
Refill soap, hand paper towels and toilet paper dispenser.
Demonstrates and awareness of the organization’s safety plan.
All other related housekeeping activities.
