We are looking to hire an EVS Housekeepers to work in a Hospital System in Bethlehem, PA 

Duties include, but not limited to:

Clean, maintain and/or sterilize assigned areas of the facility by emptying wastebaskets, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing/mopping floors, walls, ceilings, windowsills, Venetian blinds, furniture and medical equipment with appropriate cleaning equipment, solutions, and disinfectants. Bags soiled linen.

Clean mirrors and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs using appropriate cleaning equipment, solutions, and disinfectants.

Damp dust all furniture in rooms including light fixtures, picture frames, medical equipment, garbage receptacles where applicable.

Terminally cleans discharged patients’ rooms, or after each procedure according to assigned area.

Refill soap, hand paper towels and toilet paper dispenser

Demonstrates and awareness of the organization’s safety plan.

All other related housekeeping activities 

may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. 

Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.

Honors department’s attendance, break, behavior, dress, and safety codes.

Job Type: Full-time & Part time

Work Location: In person

Salary: $18.00

Experience: Preferred Experience but will train.

• Hospital Experience preferred.
• Previous experience as Janitor/Cleaner: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bethlehem, PA:  Must be able to reliably commute to location or be a current resident or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
