Valid driver’s license
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
Comfortable working in an industrial/service setting
Willingness to wear company-branded clothing and work in conditions where
you may get dirty
Preferred Experience
Experience with Odoo ERP (or similar systems)
Background in parts sales, service coordination, or mechanical equipment
Familiarity with industrial equipment or repair environments
Compensation & Benefits
$20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Parts & Service Coordination
- Create and manage parts sales orders and service tickets in Odoo
- Accurately capture customer information, equipment details, and service
- Coordinate with technicians and the service manager to ensure efficient
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist customers over the phone with basic troubleshooting and service
- Help resolve service billing questions and customer concerns
- Track inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records
- Submit and follow up on inventory purchase orders
- Assist the sales team in preparing equipment for pickup or delivery
- Support order assembly and coordination with the service team
- Participate in account management and customer follow-ups
- Schedule service calls, deliveries, and pickups
- Coordinate timing between customers, technicians, and internal staff
- Enter and maintain accurate records in Odoo (CRM, Sales, Service,
- Collect payments for parts and service transactions
Valid driver’s license
