Position Overview
Our client, a leading national nonprofit dedicated to advocating for older adults, is seeking a Program Support Coordinator for its Tax-Aide volunteer program. This fully remote role is a 1-year contract position focused on providing high-quality support to the program’s operations, volunteers, and data management needs. Key Responsibilities
- Triage and Manage Support Tickets: Monitor and manage incoming support tickets using Zendesk and Salesforce, ensuring requests are routed to the appropriate teams and tracking resolution throughout the process.
- Data Review and Processing: Review and process program and tax site data requests with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Content Management: Maintain assigned sections of the Tax-Aide Volunteer Portal and Library, keeping resources organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for volunteers and staff.
- Workflow Support: Collaborate with the Tax-Aide Operations Team to support operational workflows and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate updates to training and e-learning materials by working closely with staff, volunteers, and external vendors.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting processes and creating or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Team Participation: Actively participate in Operations and program-related meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance program delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ticket-based support, customer service, program operations, or data support roles.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce (CRM or case management) is strongly preferred.
- Key Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Brainshark, JIRA, or LogMeIn is a plus.
- Additional Notes: This role does not require phone support and is not a technical IT position.
