Senior IT Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (Project Manager III) to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise IT Managed Services. This role focuses on defining requirements across core IT service towers and producing a clear, defensible RFP that supports vendor evaluation and selection. This is a contract position, onsite five days per week in Jersey City, New Jersey.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of a comprehensive RFP for Enterprise IT Managed Services
- Gather requirements from IT service towers including Service Desk, End-User Computing, Server and Storage, Database Management, and CMDB
- Define service scope, operational expectations, and integration requirements with an existing ServiceNow environment
- Develop detailed service tower specifications, SLA frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting requirements
- Define on-site resource requirements including skills, experience levels, coverage, onboarding, and transition expectations
- Establish a scalable framework for adding personnel, including rate structures, ramp-up timelines, and knowledge transfer
- Document ServiceNow integration requirements including configuration, data migration, APIs, reporting, and enhancement capabilities
- Define vendor qualification criteria including experience, certifications, references, security, and compliance requirements
- Develop pricing structure sections covering base services, on-site resources, additional personnel, and transition costs
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops
- Present draft RFP materials and incorporate feedback from IT leadership, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders
- Manage the full RFP process including timeline, milestones, vendor communications, Q&A sessions, proposal submissions, and evaluations
- Develop evaluation criteria and scoring methodologies and support vendor presentations and due diligence
- Prepare executive-ready recommendation materials supporting vendor selection decisions
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of five years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing RFPs for IT managed services
- Strong understanding of IT service management and ITIL frameworks
- Experience working with ServiceNow platforms and managed services integrations
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in enterprise IT environments

- Background in IT operations or infrastructure management
