SENIOR ENGINEER – OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Automated People Mover (APM) Systems - First Shift
SR Engineer Rage: 89K – 124K **depending on years of experience and degree
Bonus: 5%

We're looking for a Senior O&M Engineer to serve as the site-wide technical authority for an Automated People Mover system (rail), troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical issues and driving solutions within established maintenance policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the site's go-to technical leader for all APM systems issues, ensuring maintenance activities are logged and preventive maintenance is performed on schedule
• Lead troubleshooting efforts — identify root causes, develop repair plans, and communicate clearly with technical staff
• Direct failure analysis on APM systems as needed
• Review failure trends and develop processes to reduce recurring issues
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues requiring documentation or drawing updates
• Deliver technical training on APM systems and their components
• Communicate procedure or maintenance changes to technical and supervisory staff, and identify additional training needs
• Provide backup managerial coverage in the site Manager's absence
Additional Responsibilities
• Support operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with safety procedures
• Participate in meetings and work groups to stay current on developments, requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Other related duties as assigned
Tools & Equipment
Computer and standard/customized software applications, micrometers, oscilloscopes, analyzers, calipers, and power/hand tools used in electro-mechanical maintenance.
What You Bring
• 6–10 years of experience in an electro-mechanical field
• Comfort working from complex technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, OR equivalent hands-on experience
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance
• Ability to pass a post-offer criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, physical exam, and color vision (Ishihara) test
