In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll play a key part in delivering and installing high-quality office equipment to businesses throughout our service area. You’ll represent the company with professionalism and care while ensuring equipment is handled safely and set up correctly. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering stability, teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a respected organization.

What Will You Do?
As An Equipment Delivery Driver, You’ll
- Safely load, transport, and install copiers and office equipment with minimal damage.
- Verify equipment against paperwork to ensure accurate serial numbers and delivery details.
- Check vehicles daily for maintenance and operational readiness.
- Interact directly with customers to determine equipment placement, demonstrate use, and ensure proper functionality.
- Communicate route progress with the Logistics Manager and coordinate with sales and service teams.
- Document returned machines, including copy counts and accessory serial numbers.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and warehouse environment.
- Complete and maintain a valid DOT certification.

- Education & Experience: High school diploma required; 1–2 years of box truck driving or delivery experience preferred.
- Skills & Competencies: Accountability, adaptability, strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer focus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50–75 pounds; comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Other Requirements: Must pass a DOT exam and maintain a clean driving record.
