Overview:
Long standing client of ours that's a leading financial technology company, empowers medical, dental and specialty practices with seamless and secure technology to drive revenue by increasing patient payments and streamlining practice management and payment processing.
In search for a Product Delivery Coordinator. This Candidate will be responsible for all administrative tasks owned by the Product Delivery team. It is a customer-facing role that actively interacts with its own team members as well as other parts of the organization to promote timely and accurate scheduling of product deliveries for all customers across all sales channels.
Responsibilities:
• Act as primary liaison between client and company throughout the conversion process.
• Handle outbound and inbound phone and email volume from interested clients, and facilitate the coordination aspects of the conversion.
• Engage in outbound outreach to clients to pull them through the conversion process.
• Manage the documentation process around conversions in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Schedule deliveries based on calendar availability and customer needs; closely manage rescheduling pipeline.
• Act as a true product expert; describe features and benefits of new platform. Educate clients and answer their questions.
• Work effectively with Conversion Specialists, Conversion Manager and Conversion Director on special requests, large client handling, and effectively communicates and documents requirements to both client and internal teams.
• Actively works toward established goals; understands how individual contributions affect results.
• Works effectively with internal operations teams to ensure conversion success and a positive client conversion experience.
