What You’ll Do
- Apply caulking, sealants, and waterproofing systems on commercial buildings.
- Perform recaukling and sealing to protect structures from the elements.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including caulking guns, lifts, and pressure washers.
- Travel to job sites in company vehicles.
- Ensure job site safety, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
- Collaborate with a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic: dependable, trustworthy, and committed to excellence.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights).
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required).
- Construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
