Young Automotive is a family-owned automotive repair shop seeking an experienced A-Level or Master Automotive Technician (or equivalent A-Level experience) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Technician with strong diagnostic skills who wants top pay, steady work, modern equipment, and true work / life balance. A-Level Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics (electrical, drivability, hybrid)
• Diagnose and repair engine performance, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Service and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Complete repairs accurately with proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support and mentor B-Level technicians
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician or equivalent A-Level experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with modern vehicle systems and scan tools
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Your own trade-appropriate tools
• Team-oriented, professional attitude
