Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and customize products to meet customer needs and profitability goals
- Generate and convert leads through digital channels, community events and direct outreach
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and local involvement
- Monitor local market trends and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth
- Recommend product or service enhancements that increase customer value and profitability

Requirements
- Proven track record of high sales performance in fields such as auto or RV sales, finance, insurance, construction, housing or other B2C roles

Compensation
- Potential to earn up to $250,000 annually with a weekly draw plus a top-tier sales commission plan
